Katy Perry is headed for television.
Following in fellow songstress Carrie Underwood’s footsteps, Perry will guest-star on an episode of How I Met Your Mother, reports USA TODAY‘s Cindy Clark. In the episode, which airs later this season, Perry will play Zoey’s cousin, a beautiful and naive girl whom the gang decides to call “Honey.”
The Emmy-nominated CBS series stars Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Neil Patrick Harris, Alyson Hannigan and Cobie Smulders and airs at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Mondays.
